RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Johnny X Art, every piece is created with intention. Many of our artworks and wearable pieces are produced specifically for each order, and our return policy reflects the unique and made-to-order nature of our collections.
Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
WEARABLE ART & PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Because our garments, accessories, and other wearable art products are produced on demand, all sales are considered final, except for eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery.
We may consider a return when the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, fragrances, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with any original packaging or tags, when applicable
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ART PRINTS & REPRODUCTIONS
Our art prints, fine art reproductions, posters, framed prints, and similar artwork are produced specifically for each order and are therefore generally non-refundable and final sale.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contactus@johnnyx.art within 7 days of delivery.
We will review requests individually. Refunds or replacements may be considered in circumstances such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Because each piece is produced specifically for the collector, changes of mind, preference, sizing expectations, framing preferences, or other non-defect-related reasons generally do not qualify for a refund.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK & COMMISSIONS
Original Johnny X artworks and commissioned pieces represent a significant investment of creative time, materials, and artistic work.
If an approved return or cancellation is granted for an original artwork or commission, 50% of the original purchase price will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded.
The retained portion compensates for creative work, materials, preparation, production time, and the unique nature of the piece.
For commissioned artwork, work already completed or expenses specifically incurred for the commission may also affect eligibility for a refund where applicable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Original shipping, delivery, packaging, insurance, handling, customs duties, taxes, and related charges are separate from the purchase price and are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Return shipping, insurance, and appropriate packaging are the responsibility of the customer unless Johnny X Art determines that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For valuable original artwork, we strongly recommend using a tracked and fully insured shipping service. Johnny X Art cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contactus@johnnyx.art within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do not discard damaged products or their original packaging until we have reviewed your request.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not send an item back without contacting us first.
All return requests must first be submitted to:
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how the item should be returned. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Every Johnny X piece—whether an original artwork, print, or wearable object—is intended to carry a piece of the story beyond the studio.
We encourage you to carefully review artwork dimensions, product descriptions, garment sizing, materials, and photographs before purchasing.
