SHIPPING POLICY

At Johnny X Art, every order is handled with care. From original artwork and fine art prints to wearable art and objects from the Johnny X collection, our goal is to ensure that your piece reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Because many of our products are created or produced on demand, production and shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Many Johnny X Art products are made specifically after an order is placed rather than held as traditional inventory.

This may include:

Fine art prints and reproductions
Framed artwork and printed products
Wearable art and apparel
Accessories and other print-on-demand products
Commissioned artwork

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided when available.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Original Johnny X artwork requires special preparation to ensure it is properly protected during transportation.

Depending on the size, materials, value, destination, and framing of the artwork, additional time may be required for professional packing, insurance, or specialized shipping arrangements.

Shipping and handling charges for original artwork are separate from the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

For certain high-value or oversized works, we may contact the collector directly to coordinate delivery.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

Shipping arrangements for commissioned artwork will depend on the size, medium, framing, destination, and other requirements of the finished piece.

Any applicable shipping, packaging, insurance, handling, customs, or delivery charges are separate from the commission price unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PRINTS & WEARABLE ART

Prints, apparel, accessories, and other made-to-order products may be produced and fulfilled by specialized production partners.

As a result, items within the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages or at different times.

This is normal and does not necessarily indicate that part of your order is missing.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are generally calculated based on factors including the product, package size and weight, destination, fulfillment location, and selected shipping method.

Applicable shipping charges will normally be displayed during checkout or communicated separately when specialized shipping arrangements are required.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any processing, production, or delivery dates provided by Johnny X Art are estimates rather than guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, or other unexpected events.

We appreciate your patience when circumstances beyond our control affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order once the shipment has been prepared.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Johnny X Art may ship to international destinations where available.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also result in additional delivery time.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and procedures.

If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at contactus@johnnyx.art.

We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contactus@johnnyx.art within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging

Please retain the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your request, as the carrier or fulfillment provider may require them when evaluating a damage claim.

Eligible damaged or defective orders will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges if reshipment is requested.

Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

RETURNS

Returning a product is separate from the original delivery process.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, packaging, tracking, and insurance unless the return results from an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
